1. About the service
Medborgarvägen (medborgarvagen.se) is an independent study aid for people taking the citizenship exam in civics. We are not UHR, Migrationsverket, or any other government authority, and are not responsible for the content, administration, or results of the official exam. The course material follows UHR's and Skolverket's official teaching material "Sverige i fokus", but we cannot guarantee that it is fully up to date if the source material changes, or that it covers exactly the questions that appear on the real exam.
2. Your account
To save your study progress and purchase Premium, you need to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secret. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.
3. Free and Premium plans
All study material (every chapter, common mistakes, chapter quizzes, and full practice exams) is free without an account. Premium gives you a saved progress history for 30 days from purchase, for a one-time fee — it is therefore not a recurring subscription that renews automatically. If you want to keep access after 30 days, you need to purchase Premium again.
4. Right of withdrawal
Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing digital content. Since Premium content becomes available to you immediately upon purchase, by completing the purchase you agree that delivery begins right away and that your right of withdrawal therefore ends once the content has become available. If something went wrong with your purchase, contact us — we resolve it on a case-by-case basis.
5. Content and intellectual property
The text, questions, and other design on Medborgarvägen belong to us, with the exception of facts drawn from UHR's and Skolverket's public material. The content may be used for your own study, but may not be copied or distributed for commercial purposes without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
Medborgarvägen is a study aid, not a guarantee that you will pass the official citizenship exam. We strive for high uptime and accurate content, but make no guarantees that the service is always error-free, available, or fully up to date. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time and request that your account be deleted by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the service, for example by unlawfully distributing content or disrupting operations.
8. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. Significant changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
Swedish law applies to these terms.
